AYES
Automotive Youth Education Systems (AYES), is a dynamic partnership among participating automotive manufacturers, local Arizona dealers, and certified local high schools. The goal of AYES is to encourage bright students with a high-quality mechanical aptitude to pursue careers in the ever-changing fields of automotive service technology, collision repair/refinish, or MD/HD/Diesel technology, and to prepare them for entry-level positions or challenging academic options.
AYES envision and support an environment where:
- Automotive service is respected and valued
- Rewarding career paths are clearly defined
- High quality automotive training programs are operating nationwide and qualified students are eager to participate
- Every graduating student who earns an AYES certificate is qualified to be placed in an entry level automotive service, auto body, or MD/HD/Diesel technician position or pursue postsecondary studies.
